Stanley and Nert
BackStanley and Nert live on an island. Stanley is a frustrated and irascible character who isn't ever truly happy, unless playing I-spy (which inevitably leads to further frustration as Nert is a poor player) boasting about his exploits as a tradesman or sharing tall stories about throwing people onto roofs. Nert is a dense and easily intimidated character, with very little concept of the world he is in, confused further by Stan's stories and outbursts. Inspired and influenced by Edward Lear's nonsense prose, also by frustration of a constricted environment, this is meant as a concept which I intend to develop aimed at all ages.
