Lucas Holmgren - Selected Works of Keith Emerson on Hammond
BackThis is a medley of different tunes that Keith Emerson played on his Hammond Organ, the first one "America" is from his days with "The Nice" the rest are selections from his days with ELP. I have included titles in the video. For Hammond lovers like me, my setup is simply a Hammond spinet l101 that is mic'd on its stock speakers and ran through a fender acousticsonic amp with chorus added. I know, its lame to do organ swipes when you are sitting down...but in order to play the pedals while playing these songs I had to sit down. This is a first take due to an impatient camera man so a few mistakes here and there, you'll get the idea of the songs I'm trying to play. Thank you for listening and please enjoy and comment.
