NC Medical Board Vote (part 19) on Physician Profiling

July 16 vote/discussion at the NC Medical Board on the issue of online profiling of physicians and PAs. THE VOTE on retroactivity, by show of hands. McCulloch, Walker and Huff vote against this motion because they prefer to kill retroactivity altogether. Lennon votes against this motion because she prefers 7 years of retroactivity on day one. All others (Hill, Robinson, Loomis, Saunders, Jablonski, Lewis, Blizzard) vote to support retroactive application of the rule beginning October 1, 2007.
