No, this is NOT "Scooter Brothers 2", they've deleted that clip. This is just a replacement for something I tried to upload over 10 times in the past of Niko going on a rampage on his trusty scooter. I made this long,so to get the surprise at the end of the clip, fast-forward past the slow part to at least 4:38... This is FAIR USE. I don't have time to go through all the stupid hoops you want me to jump through to explain that. -_-;;
