Which is your favorite picture? Mine is the one of Bill & Chelsea Clinton, Dawn's is the butterfly picture. Dawn played this song for me after watching the movie. I liked it so much I had to make this video. Also, many thanks to spacestevie for the track. Dawn says: "It is so touching to see so much love in these fathers and daughters faces." Trivia: Father and Daughter was originally released as a single. It is a notable addition to the Simon anthology mainly due to the fact that the song was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song. Written for the children's animated film The Wild Thornberrys Movie, it was released in 2002. The song also appeared on the movie soundtrack album and again on Simon's 2006 release, Surprise.
