I hear you. My Dad will be 78 in Nov. and although he is healthy you can clearly see the years catching up to him. I have thought a lot about what life will be like without him and my mother as this song examines. Cherish the time we have together.

I am so happy I found this video on You Tube. GOS was one of my many favorite artists in my early twenties. What an absolute treat to see and hear him. where is he today???

This song is beautiful, but also full of lament. I've lost my parents recently, my father in a car crash in 2005, and my mother due to failed liver & kidneys in 2007. The two things I learned was this: 1.The pain from losing a loved one never goes away when certain objects or actions trigger fond memories. 2.Cherish the time that you spend with your family, for you know not how long they've got. Thank you for letting me throw my two cents in.
